• We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
• If your package is returned to us and marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.
• To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)

• All returns must be in their original packaging.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
• Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
